1.0 General
1.1 777 Lucky Draw (Contest) is organised by Sasbadi Sdn. Bhd. (139288-X) (Organiser).
1.2 This Contest is subject to the rules and conditions determined by the Internet social website, Facebook and the relevant laws of Malaysia, and is not offered or valid outside Malaysia.
1.3 The Contest is created to promote the latest 2017 revision guides published by Sasbadi Sdn. Bhd.
1.4 The Contest is open to all Malaysians (both West and East Malaysia).
1.5 Entry into the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and, the Personal Data Protection Act.
1.6 In this Terms & Conditions notice, ‘Participants’ means participants of the Contest; ‘Winners’ means winners of the Contest; ‘Product’ means the book(s) specified in item 3.0, ‘Website’ means the official contest website (www.sasbadicontests.com); ‘Fan Page’ means Sasbadi Group Facebook page (www.facebook.com/SasbadiGroup).

2.0 Contest Period
2.1 The “Full Contest Period” will be held from Friday, 13 January 2017 at 12:00am (GMT+8) until Monday, 13 March 2017 at 23:59 (GMT +8).

3.0 The Product
3.1 In order to qualify for participation in the Contest, the participant must purchase at least one (1) book (any subject) from these 2 series:
3.1.1 Super Skills Ulang Kaji (UPSR, KSSM Form 1, PT3)
3.1.2 NEXUS Sukses (SPM)

4.0 Submission of Entries
4.1 Proof of purchase is required to join the Contest.
4.2 One (1) person may submit more than one (1) entry but eligible to win only one (1) Lucky Draw prize.
4.3 One (1) receipt only entitles for one (1) entry.

5.0 Participation Requirements
5.1 Participants are required to follow the guidelines according to the location(s) which Participants purchased the Product from, categorised as follow:
5.1.1 Purchase from Popular Bookstores or MPH Bookstores:
5.1.1.1 Purchase any one (1) book from the two (2) series mentioned in item 3.0.
5.1.1.2 Submit online entry at www.sasbadicontests.com.
5.1.1.3 Keep the original purchase receipt to present as proof of purchase during prize redemption. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participants who cannot present the original or customer copy of the purchase receipt.
5.1.2 Purchase from any other bookstores:
5.1.2.1 Purchase any one (1) book from the two (2) series mentioned in item 3.0.
5.1.2.2 Fill in the entry form which can be obtained from participating bookstores (except from Popular Bookstores and MPH bookstores, which require participants to follow the steps detailed in item 5.1.1). You may also fill in the entry form printed on the official 777 Lucky Draw flyers by the Organiser; please refer to Appendix I for reference.
5.1.2.3 Clip the original purchase receipt or a copy of the original purchase receipt together with the entry form and submit it to the bookstore from which you purchased the Product.
5.1.2.4 As an alternative, you may instead submit your entry via the online form at www.sasbadicontests.com. Keep the original purchase receipt to present as proof of purchase during prize redemption. Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participants who cannot present the original or customer copy of the purchase receipt.
5.1.3 Purchase through schools:
5.1.3.1 Purchase any one (1) book from the two (2) series mentioned in item 3.0.
5.1.3.2 Fill in the entry form printed on the official 777 Lucky Draw flyers by the Organiser; please refer to Appendix I for reference.
5.1.3.3 Submit the entry form to the respective teacher you purchased the Product from, or to the respective school bookstore you purchased the Product from.
5.2 In order to qualify for participation in the Contest, each entry submitted must follow all the guidelines listed in this Terms & Conditions, failing which said entries shall be disqualified and removed immediately.

6.0 Winners
6.1 Winners will be chosen randomly through balloting by the Organiser.
6.2 77 Winners will be chosen to win the prizes:
6.2.1 Three (3) Winners will win an iPhone 7 (32GB) each.
6.2.2 Ten (10) Winners will win a Sasbadi Tab each.
6.2.3 Ten (10) Winners will win an i-LEARN Ace (180-day subscription) each.
6.2.4 Ten (10) Winners will win a Mi Power Bank (5,000mAh) each.
6.2.5 Ten (10) Winners will win an Augmented Reality book each.
6.2.6 Fifteen (15) Winners will win a Kamus Dwibahasa Kontemporari each.
6.2.7 Nineteen (19) Winners will win a Plants vs Zombies comic each.
6.3 One (1) winner can win only one (1) prize.
6.4 Winners will be announced on Fan Page within two (2) months after the Full Contest Period ends.
6.5 The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Prizes with any other item(s) of similar value.
6.6 The Organiser’ decision of winners of the Contest is final. No correspondence will be entertained.

7.0 Prize Redemption
7.1 Winners of the Contest will be contacted by the Organiser via email within two (2) working weeks after the Winners announcement on the fan page.
7.2 In order to be eligible for winner notification and prize collection, all participants are required to provide accurate details to the Organiser which includes full name, MyKad number, telephone number, mailing address, email address, receipt number and name of bookstore (if purchased from bookstore) when submitting their entries.
7.3 Winners will be given two (2) working weeks to respond to the Winners Notification email or the winner will be disqualified from the prize collection.
7.4 The Organiser will not be held liable in the event that Winners do not respond to the email(s) from the Organiser within the duration mentioned above.
7.5 All prizes must be collected at the participating bookstores or schools where the Winners purchased the Product.
7.6 All prizes must be collected within four (4) weeks from the date of notification.
7.7 In special situations and subject to the absolute discretion of the Organiser, winner(s) may nominate a designated representative to collect the prize, provided that a written notification is given to the Organiser. In this case, a copy of the winner’s IC will be required.
7.8 All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
7.9 The Organiser is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or terrorist acts
7.10 All prizes are given on an “as is” basis and are not exchangeable for cash, other items or voucher, in part or in full.
7.11 The Organiser and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss, damage, person’s negligence) in connection with any aspect of any prizes.
7.12 In the event a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with according to the absolute discretion of the Organiser subject to legislative requirements.
7.13 All prizes are used/taken entirely at the risk of the winner in all things, and the Organiser excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
7.14 All winners must abide by the Terms and Conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the Terms and Conditions attached to the prizes, if any.

8.0 Liability & Responsibility
8.1 Winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim or accident [including death] resulting from their participation in this Contest, redemption and/or usage of the prizes. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident [including death] suffered by third parties or the participants in any manner whatsoever during and/or after this Contest resulting from or arise out of this Contest.
8.2 All costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9.0 Data Protection
9.1 Participants grant the Organiser and its affiliates the permission to use his/her name and all materials or information relating to Participants’ Contest submissions, for future advertising and publicity purposes in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission.
9.2 Under Malaysian law, the Participants’ rights include:
9.2.1 Right to withdraw your consent to the use of your Personal Details at any time by contacting us at [email protected] and providing us with the Participants’ name and email address so that we can remove it.
9.2.2 Right to obtain a copy of the personal data, which we hold about you (we reserve the right to charge a small fee for the exercise of this right).
9.2.3 Right to have incorrect personal data we hold about you corrected.
9.3 If Participants wish to raise any data protection issue with the Organiser, or exercise any of their legal rights, please contact the Organiser at [email protected]

10. Rights of the Organiser
10.1 The Organiser reserves the right to alter, amend or add to these conditions at any time without prior notice.
10.2 The Organiser may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs).
10.3 By participating, Participants, and all Winners agree to release and hold harmless The Organiser, and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.
10.4 The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this Contest in the event that it becomes incapable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Organiser, despite the best efforts of the Organiser.

11. Other Terms & Conditions
11.1 By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by this Contest’s Terms and Conditions and Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy, and the decisions of the Organiser.
11.2 The Contest Terms and Conditions are provided in English only.
